The Group is developing a Private Freight Terminal in Bundelkhand, with ballast as its primary cargo and operating focus.
The terminal will enable the mechanised receipt, storage, loading and dispatch of ballast at scale, improving rail connectivity and reducing dependence on road haulage. By facilitating the transition of freight from road to rail, the project is expected to reduce carbon emissions by up to 25,535 tonnes annually and contribute to the nation’s broader shift towards more efficient and sustainable rail-based transportation.
